Charlotte Quinn is a chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). She has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and has worked for small, medium and large organisations, including family run businesses, in a range of sectors and industries including rail, nuclear, retail, travel, manufacturing, construction, health and local government.

With extensive experience of job evaluation, Charlotte also has expertise in learning and development and can provide advice on developing apprenticeships and achieving Investors in People accreditation.
